Cancellation & No-Show

If customer cancels a Booking less than 24 hours before or do not show up, the Service Provider (SaagaMaria Ltd.) will charge the cutomer the full amount of the service that was booked. In case of an acute illness one may provide the Service Provider with a valid letter from a doctor to cancel out the payment. 

Booking cancellations will be made to a valid email, phone number or Instagram account showcased at the Service Provider´s website. If the Customer cancells before 24 hours prior the class, they are not obliged to pay the cancellation fee. 

Safety

The customer themselves is responsible for their own safety and agrees to respect their own body and its limits to avoid any injuries occuring during the class. One will only exercise respecting their own limitations. The Service Provider does not take responsibility of any injury that is caused by one´s own carelessness during practice.
